Woke on a Friday morning to a cold house. By mid-morning had a technician at our house - needed a new furnace. By Friday afternoon had a few different options presented. Early the following Tuesday morning we had a new furnace installed. Very happy with their service and responsiveness.

Service crew showed up to install a humidifier on an existing furnace. They took the time to explain what they did and how the new humidifier worked. They completed the job and didn't leave any trash behind. Polite, competent and fast. I will use Comfort By Design again.
